Soul Amici Express is a unique cafe offering a full service specialty coffee bar and teas, homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinners, as well as homemade baked goods plus a delicious catering menu serving an intimate group of ten to a large banquet for hundreds. Eat in or take out in our convenient SAX "TO GO". Call ahead and we will have it ready for you. We also serve beer and wine with meals. We are GLUTEN FREE Friendly. Anyone on a gluten free diet can partake in the majority of our foods.
Soul Amici Express provides healthy Southern and Italian comfort food. Soul is not only indicative of a type of food but also means "from the heart"; amici means friends. Thus, the name evokes the expression of "Friends from the Heart".
Generations of family recipes have been handed down with love; other recipes and new traditions are evolving daily. So, come in and try some southern grits, oatmeal, egg sandwiches, ribs, chili, sandwiches, pasta and a whole lot more. Watch for our Specials... There's usually something new every day.
Our Catering menu is designed for any size family or corporate event. We specialize in birthdays, graduations, wedding rehearsals, anniversaries, retirement parties, family reunions, picnics, BBQs, corporate meetings and events. There is not any function we can't do. Our experienced event staff can assist in your rental needs, such as, tents, tables, chairs and linens. We can also arrange entertainment from a balloon twister, face painter, to a full orchestra. Any other needs... just ask us!
We can provide catering to you at home, office or outside location, or you can rent the train station and have the party catered by us inside. Our food choices are not limited to the menu. We will work with you in developing any idea or theme that you may have. Lynn Di Gianfilippo is general opetations manager, and she will assist you in planning out your special event along with our chef.
During the months of May through October, weather permitting, our famous Soul Amici Express Train Grill is on the go to car shows, festivals and community events. You can also rent the grill with a chef and we will grill up your favorite BBQ for your own special event. See BBQ Grill Menu Page for examples.
